Absolut Ice Bar Stockholm offers a cool atmosphere with a year-round constant temperature of 5º Celsius/ 23º Fahrenheit. Absolut Ice Bar Stockholm opened in 2002 at the Nordic Sea Hotel in Stockholm and is the world’s first permanent bar made completely of ice.
The entire interior, including the glasses the drinks are served in, is made out of natural ice from the Torne River in Jukkasjärvi, Sweden,
located 200 km north of the Arctic Circle.
Twice a year the ice is redesigned and replaced using the purest attainable ice as the only building material.
