The Globe Arena area (southern part of Stockholm) in Stockholm is expanding with an additional arena, "Stockholmsarenan", for sports and events.
With the new arena, the Globen Area will consolidate its position as the number one arena in Stockholm.
The Globe Arenas consist of The Globe, Hovet and Annexet arenas. The new Stockholmsarenan, for 30 000 spectators, will be inaugurated in 2012.
